Booking conditions

A non-refundable 30% deposit (or the cost of the first night's stay if greater) is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Arrival and departure
Arrival time: 4pm - 8pm (Please contact us if you wish to arrive outside these times) Departure time: Room must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of depature.

In the event of cancellation please give us as much notice as possible. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date we will refund the balance IF we can re-let your room, but there will be an administration charge to cover our costs. We recommend the use of travel insurance to cover any losses if you are unable to travel.

All areas of the building are strictly no-smoking & we ask guests not to smoke near the buildings.


You can pay by credit or debit card via the Paypal secure payment system, cheque or bank transfer.
